Host: Sowmya Chintakindi

Sowmya Chintakindi is the creator and host of InfiLab Podcast. She has 14 years of experience in the software industry as a Software Performance Engineer, where she brings a wealth of knowledge in performance testing, sustainable computing, cloud computing, DevOps, and AI. Being in the tech industry, She played critical roles in resolving high-priority issues, streamlining operations, and guiding teams to the success of many technically complex initiatives. She holds a Master's degree from SUNY NewPaltz, and is working on cutting-edge research in integrating performance testing and cloud computing with sustainable computing and AI. Having taken a career break herself, She understands firsthand the challenges of restarting a professional journey. This experience inspired her to create the InfiLab Podcast.

Her goal is to create a positive learning community where everyone feels encouraged to grow, lead with confidence, and continue learning at every stage of life.
